At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original, un-skated condition with tags attached and original packaging intact; grip tape applied to decks makes them non-returnable.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to the shop using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
