How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you order a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our shop pros to assemble and grip your board before it ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship decks and hardware worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy for skate decks?
We accept returns on unused, un-skated items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks once they have been gripped or if trucks have been mounted to the board.
Can I choose my grip tape color for a complete?
Every complete comes with standard black grip tape. If you would like to upgrade to clear or colored grip, please add your preferred tape to the cart and leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' at checkout.
How do I know what deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and up offers more stability for transition and bowls. Check our sizing guide for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Shop Pay Installments for larger orders.
